On Thursday, November 19th, 2009 at around 9:20 P.M., Officers
conducting an unrelated investigation at the London Lodge Motel, 9301
Airline Highway, observed a male subject striking a female subject,
who was on the ground in the motel's parking lot, with his hand around
the head and body area. As the officers were taking the male subject
into custody, they were warned by the female victim that he was
holding a razor blade in his hands. The officers confirmed this and
the male subject, later identified as Alonzo Scott (B/M 12-20-1969) -
the victim's boyfriend, was arrested and charged in the above offense,
as well as for domestic battery. The victim suffered minor injuries
from the incident.
