Aggravated Assault - 08-02-2010 - Suspect Wanted

On Monday, August 2nd, 2010 at around 4:30 P.M., the victim was in the
rear yard of his girlfriend's apartment, 4200 block of D'Hemecourt
Street, filling up a pool of water for his children, when he was
approached by an acquaintance, Anthony Johnson (B/M 08-29-1989), who
pointed a silver revolver, partially wrapped in a brown towel, at him
and accused the victim of calling him a rapist behind his back. The
victim safely relocated his children inside the apartment, at which
time Mr. Johnson walked to the front of the apartment where the
victim's girlfriend was located. The victim's girlfriend screamed and
Mr. Johnson fled on foot down D'Hemecourt Street towards South
Carrollton Avenue, then unknown. Responding Officers attempted to
locate Mr. Johnson, but were unsuccessful, and issued a warrant for
his arrest in connection with the above offense.
