Armed Robbery (Gun) - 08-08-2010

On Sunday, August 8th, 2010 at around 1:02 A.M., the victim was near
the corner of Marigny Street and Vienna Street, walking home from the
store, when he was approached by three unknown b/m subjects, one of
whom asked him if he had a cell phone, to which he replied no, and
continued to walk. Once the subjects were behind him, he heard one of
them call out to him and ordered him to get on the ground. When the
victim turned around, he saw one of the subjects with a chrome 9mm
semi-automatic handgun and complied with their demands. While the
victim was on the ground, the other two subjects searched him, taking
his driver's license, cash, debit card and hat. The gunman then
kicked the victim on the left side of his head, and all of the
perpetrators fled the scene.

Perpetrator # 1 (gunman) is described as being 18-19 years old, with a
medium build, short hair, dark complexion, wearing a white tank top t-
shirt and blue jeans. Perpetrator # 2 is described as being 18-19
years old, with a medium build, 5'8" tall, short hair, wearing a red
shirt and dark jeans. Perpetrator # 3 is described as being 18-19
years old, 5'8" - 5'10" tall, with a medium build, short hair, wearing
a black t-shirt with unknown writing on its front and jeans.
