Renaming "noorgtk.py" as "noorgtk.pyw"

Assalamu alaikum,

I suggest to rename the "noorgtk.py" to "noorgtk.pyw", as it will not
open the console window then.

The console window is not needed, so I think it should be renamed to
not open it..
