New issue 7 by christianedwardgruber: Tests (even BDD tests) shouldn't spam
output unless set to verbose
http://code.google.com/p/noop/issues/detail?id=7

All the BDD style tests output their success on the build command-line,
when they should only be
outputting error, to keep the build log clean, unless instructed to do so
via a verbosity switch.
