For the record - domain names

I've gone and secured nooplanguage.{net|org|info} and backordered noop.
{net|org}. noop.com is being squatted, and I put a bid of $100 on
it. Who knows, they may go for it. nooplanguage.com is also being
squatted, but by a search engine aggregator, with no link to put a bid
on the domain.

Anyway, I just put about $60 on it, but at least there are decent
names to host docs, and whatever else we want to do with it. I'll
through something up in the next week or so as a placeholder -
probably a site build, with a link back to the googlecode project.
