nothing remarkable today until Dylan decided to up the pace at Woodside.
A few of us got on his wheel but we all kinda regrouped at the stop sign at Wiskey&Sandhill.
Huge Dave then went to the front and pushed hard, I then took over and Kevin, yes, Kevin, pull the last 1/3 up the hill, going all out!
Only Dylan, Dave and myself stayed with him: we worked together (with the help of a couple of traffic lights...) to open a decent gap on the group.
We were still working well on Alpine when I hit a pothole and almost went down: did not go down but double flat.
The group passed by me while I was changing my front tube: captain Devon snubbed me, flipped me off an called my nasty names!
There is justice as he got punished a few seconds later with a rear flat! :))))
We fixed our flats (thanks Dan for the tube&CO2) and met the group as they were making the right turn onto Arastradero.
