announcing Marcus - our new group admin/master

Fellow Noonriders,

I'm pleased to announce the appointment of Marcus Alley to the post of NoonRide Group Admin/Master.

Marcus works at Stanford and is a regular noonrider. He's that guy generally at or near the front in blue and orange Alpine jersey and a dark beard. Can't miss him.

Hopefully Marcus can encourage a few more posts. Things have been pretty slow on here for ages.

caliber I'll double that again! As long as I get to draft off of you
even more than I do now of course.
