Can others in this group comment on the support they have been getting
from B&N as developers? There does not seem to be any contact
information on the website. I am still waiting for approval and am
curious as to how long the process takes (but there is no one to ask).
Please comment on your experiences. I am getting the suspicion that
B&N provides little if no support to developers.
