Hello, everyone!

Can you believe how close we are to the holiday season?!  Thanksgiving is next week!

We still have some great opportunities to hang with your fellow non-trads, though.

Tuesday -- Beans with Ben Coffee Club in the 25+ Lounge of the MU; 2:30-3:30pm

      Also on Tuesday -- SAGE Garden Work Party.  Meet Meera and Becky at Dixon at 4.  If you haven't e-mailed Meera to tell her you're coming yet, do so ASAP.

Thursday -- Games and Chats 6:30 - 8pm in WNGR 285

Friday -- OSU Women's Gymnastics Black and Orange Exhibition.

               Meet in the MU Lounge and we'll walk down to Gill together.

               Feel free to bring your family, Benny is always there to say hi to the kids, and enjoy and evening with our nationally ranked team.  

There will be no meeting next week so enjoy your families over the holiday weekend and then during Week 10 we will have a little winter holiday celebration to commemorate all the ways people around the world observe this changing of seasons.

Do i need to purchase tickets for the gymnastics event? Also, does anyone mind if i bring my significant other?  he will be in town

Good question, Jessica!

If you have a student ID you will not need to purchase tickets.

The gymnastics thing is a perfect chance to bring your significant other, but they will probably need to buy a ticket at the box office.

I think for the Black and Orange Exhibition you don't need a ticket. As a student, you would get in free no matter what, just by showing your student ID at the main entrance. For other gymnastics events, kids 2 and under are always free, youth (3-18) are $5 and general admission is $7 (no reserved seat). But again, the Black and Orange Exhibition is not listed as an option when purchasing gymnastics tickets, so I would assume that because it's an exhibition, it doesn't require a ticket. You can always contact OSU Athletics Ticket Office and ask them directly: beaver...@oregonstate.edu just to be absolutely positive.
