Interesting. Does this mean that crams schools can now teach regular academic subjects? If so, maybe there's a new service our English school can provide. Just joking. Having run our school for over 15 years, we're quite familiar with ridiculous rules.
But now on to Tim's request. If alternative education is going to become accessible to average Taiwanese, I think that it's important to push for the allowance of larger "group homeschools / alternative schools". Otherwise, how can parents who need two incomes or parents with lower educational levels ever provide their children with a meaningful educational experience?
