APRC made easier

This is not a homeschooling related post.

The National Immigration Agent (NIA) has lifted the requirement of
medical exam and police record from home country for applying for
Alien Permanent Resident card (APRC)

If spouse of Taiwanese national, the financial statement only needs to
meet the minimum wage or proof of other means.
