Hi all,

I just upgraded to ArchivesSpace 4.1.0 and when attempting to download a PDF from the public user interface I get the following errors in the archivesspace.out error log. I initially thought this was an issue with running AS on an Apache2 virtual host, but I've enabled CORS (https://enable-cors.org/server_apache.html) and that has still not worked. Anyone else encountered this error?
