Safari Download Stuck At 0

After a day's use, the iPad is now not responding well. I am stuck in Safari with full page blank and another floating Safari window above. It is locked in portrait mode, and moving the iPad around has no effect. Swiping has no affect. I cannot access any other apps even if I connect keyboard and try to cycle through recent apps.
I just had the same problem.I edited a file with an editor and connection to ftp. Then I opened a tab in safari and tested the file -> I was stuck in an infinite alert loop. So, what I did (this solution will of cause only work if the regarding file is online and not local)
HALELUYAH I FEEL LIKE AN IDIOT. This happened to me as well. Quick fix: right click the alert box, move it to the top right corner and align the (x) button with that of the browser window. double click. it'll pop up one more time but pres (x) again and it'll close safari. Worked on Windows.
In our experience, this takes time if you have a large number of extensions as you will have to do it one by one to figure out which browser extension is causing the issue. A better way to approach this is to disable all the browser extensions and test your safari. If it works, then try activating one browser extension at a time and test to locate the problematic one so that you can remove it for good.
Hi everyone, When I go to youtube.com on my mac in safari, when the page loads, I get stuck on the navigation bar at the top of the page. Voiceover said menu, and I can move up and down with the vo plus up and down arrows, to home, subscriptions etc, but I can't get out of the menu to read through the page, select headings, the search text box etc. Thanks in advance for any help. Since this piece of information, I been have insisting on a refund or a mail from a official Tata Motors email ID that what My DSM is doing is an allowed practice and all future commitments of return/service will be honored. My worry is in case the Safari I get develops issues right at the outset and has to be returned, My DSM cannot do jack. The dealer from which he has bought the car wouldn't be able to help me either and I will be stuck with a lemon for life.
Went to play some music this morning and keep getting a pop up asking me if i wanted to switch out of web safari. I picked listen on phone i it would play for a few seconds then switch back to web safari. Then i noticed the music was not mine. I went to switch music (still stuck in web safari) and would jump back to the music i never heard of. I have force stopped, uninstalled and even loaded up my other account on family plan(which worked fine). Need you all to fix please.
