Let's cover the facts, then discuss some likely outcomes.

Let's cut through all the rumors and allegations and expose the core
facts:

1. Barack Obama has failed to meet a 30-day Philadelphia court
deadline to provide his citizenship records, including a certified
paper birth certificate, as well as all US and foreign citizenship
records. See the federal court docket at
http://dockets.justia.com/docket/court-paedce/case_no-2:2008cv04083/case_id-281573/
. Read document numbers 26 and 27. In short, on September 15 a
motion was accepted by the court for Obama to provide documents to
support his eligibility within 30 days. Instead, Obama filed a motion
to dismiss the lawsuit. Instead of ruling on Obama's motion, the
court accepted more motions from Berg. Berg is a lifelong Democrat
and Clinton supporter who wants an eligible Democrat on the ballot.
The lawsuit asks three questions: a) Is Obama a natural born US
citizen? b) Is Obama a naturalized citizen? c) Is Obama a citizen of
Indonesia? If a is false, or if b or c is true, then Obama is not
eligible.
2. For the 219 years since the US Constitution was first ratified
in 1789 as the highest law in the USA, we have held presidential
elections with candidates that meet the requirement in Article 2 of
the US Constitution that requires a “Natural Born Citizen.” The
writers of the Constitution did not trust anyone with allegiance to
another country to protect the US Constitution, as the oath of office
requires. See the Article II, Section 1, paragraphs 5 and 8 of the US
Constitution at http://www.archives.gov/exhibits/charters/constitution_transcript.html.
3. There is no government agency that is required to certify that
presidential candidates are eligible for office under the US
Constitution. This is a huge hole in our election system. The Federal
Election Commission (FEC) only administers campaign finance law; it
does not certify eligibility. Each state’s Secretary of State is
supposedly responsible for administering elections under all
applicable election law in that state. However, if you call the
elections office of your Secretary of State in your state, and ask the
following question, “What government agency is responsible for
certifying a presidential candidate is eligible under Article 2 of the
US Constitution?”, you will get the answer “None.”. Call your
Secretary of State by finding their number in a search engine by
typing “Texas Secretary of State”, but using your state’s name.
4. There is no publicly available evidence that any court or
government agency has seen certified proof of Obama’s eligibility for
the US Presidency under the Constitution. Rumors have been
circulating for years about Obama’s birth and citizenship status, but
to date Obama has chosen not prove his eligibility.
5. A court or government agency would not accept the only evidence
that Obama has offered. Photocopy your birth certificate and take it
to any government office and ask them if it is acceptable. Only
original paper documents stamped with the state seal are valid. Obama
has posted an image of his alleged birth certificate at
http://www.fightthesmears.com/articles/5/birthcertificate without
evidence that it has been accepted by a court or government agency.
Instructions for performing your own forensics analysis of the image
of Obama’s birth certificate can be found at
http://obamacrimes.com/index.php/component/content/article/1-main/17-certificate-of-live-birth-analysis-part-one
or http://atlasshrugs2000.typepad.com/atlas_shrugs/2008/07/atlas-exclusive.html.
6. John McCain was accused of failing to meet the Constitutional
requirement of being a Natural Born Citizen. In April 2008, the US
Senate passed a resolution declaring John McCain meets the
Constitutional definition of “Natural Born Citizen.” See
http://leahy.senate.gov/press/200804/043008d.html. The Senate has not
taken similar action to resolve allegations about Obama.
7. Potential presidential candidates, such as California Governor
Arnold Schwarzenegger, have declined to run for President because they
were not born in the US

Possible outcomes:

1. Berg fails to get an eligible democrat on the ballot. Obama will
not voluntarily comply with any court order to release his birth and
citizenship records because it would destroy him. If Obama hasn't
complied with court demand so far, he's not going to unless the
alternative is jail. Democrats will try to destory Berg as a warning
to others. Berg's attempt to get Hillary back on the ballot will
fail. The court system will move too slowly to help Hillary before
the election.

2. No media coverage. The old mainstream media (CBS, NBC, ABC, New
York Times, etc), who exist to make money, will not cover this story
because they want Obama to win at any cost. They want the Democrats to
help them silence their competitors. If the story comes out through
other media outlets, they will defend Obama with all their resources.

3. McCain wins. The Republicans haven't exposed Obama's problem
because they want to win on McCain's/Palin's merits, not because Obama
is ineligible. They won't support Berg before the election because
Berg's goal is to get Hillary back on the ballot. If McCain wins, we
won't hear any more about Obama's ineligibility. Hurting Obama won't
help them win more seats in Congress. They'll save the "secret" for
later if Obama runs for any office again. They still would pursue
campaign finance fraud and voter registration racketeering
investigations of Obama.

4. Obama wins. The Constitution doesn't say that someone can't run
for the presidency if they're ineligible, only that they can't become
president. If Obama wins, we might face the biggest election crisis
in our history. http://www.barrysoetoro.com points to McCain's
website, not Obama's. Barry Soetoro is/was Obama's indonesian name.
If McCain loses, we can imagine a stunning announcement with absolute
humiliation for Democrats. This is why a democrat filed the lawsuit
and why republicans are silent.

If Obama wins, the republicans will put their resources into a lawsuit
exposing his ineligibility before Obama can be sworn in as president.
It will include not only Obama's ineligibility, but also campaign
finance violations under investigation by the FEC, and voter
registration racketeering under investigation by the FBI. Pelosi and
the democrat congressional majority will try to change the consitution
to abolish the "natural born citizen" requirement, claiming it's
"racist". They won't try to pass a bill declaring Obama eligible
because that would play into republican hands to examine his real
identity.

If the democrats can change the constitution before the republicans
can win the lawsuit, Obama is sworn in as president. If the
republicans win the lawsuit before Obama can be sworn in, McCain (the
runner-up), will be sworn in. However, the supreme court's 5-to-4
democrat majority favors Obama. McCain will only be sworn in if there
is a massive public outcry against fraud and corruption in the
election system, and in favor of defending the Constitution's
requirements for a president.

If Obama is sworn in as president in January, then the republicans and
Clinton democrats will bring an impeachment bill unless the Obama
democrats change the constitution first. If the impeachment succeeds,
then both the republicans and the Clinton democrats will pursue a new
election, because Biden would be president.
