As we expected, Judge Surrick ruled to dismiss the case of Berg v
Obama today. It's not against the law for an ineligible candidate to
run for president. Russian President Putin can run for US President.
That's the way our broken system works. So now Berg says he will
appeal to the US Supreme Court.
