Coast Provincial General Hospital, in Mombasa, Kenya. He was the son
of a Kenyan father and American mother, Ann Dunham. His half sister,
half brother, and paternal grandmother witnessed the birth.
Barry's father was still married to Kezia, the mother of Barry's
siblings. All total, Barry's father had at least eight children by
four women.
Barry's mother Ann Dunham studied Russian at the University of Hawaii
and defended the concepts of Karl Marx in 'The Communist Manifesto."
Ann Dunham boarded a plane with her infant son Barry and arrived in
Hawaii between August 6 and August 8. She registered his birth with
the state on August 8, and put a birth announcement in the paper on
August 13, but didn't state the place of birth in the announcement.
In 1966 or 1967, Ann Dunham marries Indonesian Muslim Lolo Soetoro
Mangunharjo (1936-1987), who she met at the University of Hawaii.
Soetoro then returns to Indonesia. Barry and his mother later move to
Indonesia to join Soetoro, probably in 1967. Soetoro adopted Barry,
who became an Indonesian citizen. Elementary school records in
Indonesia list Barry’s name as Barry Soetoro, his religion as Islam
and his citizenship as Indonesian. Barry attends Franciscus Primary
School (1967-1969) and Besuki State Elementary School Menteng 01 in
Jakarta (1969-1971).
In 1971 or 1972, Barry is sent back to Hawaii to live with his
mother's parents, Stanley and Madelyn Dunham. Because of his drug
abuse, Barry’s grades are poor in his final two years of high school.
Barry later writes that “Pot had helped, and booze; maybe a little
blow when you could afford it. Not smack, though.”
Byon Leong, a former classmate of Barry’s at Punahou, states that
Obama “…was known as a partier, as a guy looking for a good time, but
not much more," and, “There was pot in Hawaii in the 1970s, but it
wasn't a big deal." High school friend Keith Kakugawa relates later
that Barry “…made everything out like it was all racial.” After Barry
complains about being picked on at the basketball court because of his
race, Kakugawa’s father tells Barry, “No, Barry, it’s not because
you’re black, it’s because you missed two shots in a row.”
While a teenager in Hawaii, Barry spends considerable time with Frank
Marshall Davis. Davis is a dope-smoking drinking buddy of Barry’s
grandfather, Stanley Dunham; Dunham and Davis had known each other in
Kansas. Barry had met Davis shortly after arriving in Hawaii, at age
10, but was most influenced by him during his high school years. In
place of his absent father and stepfather, Davis becomes Barry’s
mentor.
Davis is a member of the Communist Party of the USA, a poet,
propagandist, “bitter opponent of capitalism,” and radical agitator;
in 1948, Davis had fled Chicago after the FBI and the House Un-
American Activities Committee investigated his subversive anti-
American activities.
Barry joins Davis at his home on most evenings, shares alcohol and
drugs, is tutored in socialism, and taught not to trust the white
establishment. "They'll train you so good," Davis said, "you'll start
believing what they tell you about equal opportunity and the American
way and all that shit." Davis’ Marxist-inspired poetry includes lines
like, “Smash on, victory-eating Red Army!” Titles of his poems
include, “Christ is a Dixie Nigger.”
Davis was a friend of Thomas Ayers (father of William Ayers) in
Chicago, and it was Davis who encouraged Barry to attend Columbia
College in New York and hook up with William Ayers, the terrorist.

an Indonesian citizen and therefore a naturalized citizen of the
United States.
The judge dismissed the case because it's not illegal to run for
President if you're not a natural born citizen, per Article 2 of the
US Constitution. It's only illegal to become the president if you
don't meet the requirement. Berg is appealing to the Supreme court.
