This lawsuit by a resident of Connecticut is demanding that the
Secretary of State either verify the eligibility of Obama to run be
President or remove him from the ballot. Just like Texas and
Washington, the Connecticut Secretary of States denies the
responsibility to verify eligibility of a Presidential candidate, even
though they are responsible for administering the election under the
law.

A key argument is that the only eligibility evidence Obama has offered
on his website is not a birth certificate - it is a COLB document that
merely registers that a baby was born to a US citizen - not WHERE the
baby was born. It is not legal evidence of citizenship even if it is
