Recently the media criticized Sarah Palin for saying that the Vice
President "has charge of the Senate."
Funny thing is, Palin was absolutely correct. Article 1 Section 3
clause 4 of the US Constitution says, "The Vice President of the
United States shall be President of the Senate." You can read it here:

The news media has no idea what the Constitution says.
