Cloud DNS error

Hi,

We need to simulate a DNS tld in Cloud DNS to know how the production will behave. 

It seems we can't create a fake tld in Cloud DNS to verify domain synchronization mecanism like "readDnsRefreshRequests" job. 

Do we need to have a special permission from Google to do such thing in GCP?

That is correct. In order to host TLD zones on CloudDNS you will have to have special permissions.
