With the passage of Rule 387, Goos is the player with the highest
score (91.7855...), and therefore is the Winner of Round 12.

Yeah... well, unfortunately, this just wasn't going anywhere...
without at least 5 or 6 players, it becomes pretty stale. So, now
we'll just leave Nomicron in Convention indefinitely... if interest
grows again, we can always start a new round.

I've been subscribed to these lists the whole time. :) Admittedly the
focus on the web interface has put me off playing a bit.
