Round 9 Website

I have set up the Round 9 website for "Nomicron Unleashed"... I just
used a simple courier title :) Refresh the page if you don't see the
color changes. If anyone wants to submit different header, upload it
to the google group's file section or link to it so we can all take a
look.

With the nearly certain passage of the motion to start the round, I
see no reason to wait to open up the website to players. As such,
those who already meet the criteria for being a player at the
beginning of the round should be getting an email with your login info
soon. That should be incentive for the rest of you to vote on the
final motion :) This currently includes:

Jef, Looney, Silverius, Oenone, Physics

So, I say go ahead and post drafts to the RFC. The first turn will
ostensibly start at 2007-09-10 22:00 CDT.
