Motion: Start the Round

Start Round 9 of Nomicron.

Be sure to vote on this motion if you intend to be a player at the
start of Round 9. Per {Rule 3}, "At the end of a convention, any
player who has neither voted on a motion nor posted to the public
forum for the prior two weeks ceases to be a player."
