Motion: close the floor

[Silverius]

I don't really see the theme discussion going anywhere and other
motion practice seems to have stopped too. So how about we start the
process of starting the next round?

I'll vote for this. We can always use some of those themes in the
future, and it really doesn't seem to be going anywhere right now.

I vote for this as well... I was going to submit it today if you
didn't. This will put us on track for starting the round on 9/3. When
this motion passes, another one to start the round will need to be
made, presumably on 8/27.

If anyone comes up with an inspirational title by the time this motion
has passed, there is still time... motions can be made until the floor
is closed.
