There were no submissions to change the temperature this turn. So, the
temperature remains at 112. Temperature is being tracked as a point
type, so it is a game entity found on the players page:

For next turn, you'll be able to submit temperature changes through
the web site--there is a new choice on the Drafts menu to "Create a
Temperature Change".
