Is the genetic code a blue law? I can't seem to find it anywhere.

Also, I don't think it was discussed, but I assume I am the officer of
the Player of the Week rule? If so then it was a Blue Law this last
turn.

The time drop and voting mechanisms of {Rule 333} fall under
Administrator duties. As for the Genetic Code itself, I think it would
be easiest if that were maintained by the same officer as the virus
rules, but if he's not willing to do it, I will.

The Time Drop for Genetic Code Comments is already there... I will set
up the election if we are ready for that part, but as far as I know,
we don't yet have a genetic sequence to use for this anyway.

The gene sequence is on the Virus page at wiki, unless the rule refers to some other gene sequence.

And I also remind the Administrator that two noncepts (referenda and noncepts rules) were triggered when I submitted the first referendum of the round and that my points should actually be 85.

Looney is in charge of Noncepts and has the ability to award the
points... as do the other officers--let me know if any of you have
questions about adding points for the rules you maintain.

I can update the genetic code. I have already included it in the Virus page on the wiki. But I would prefer not to maintain the rest of the {Rule 333}.
