in arkham asylum i had to quit to go to work and when i got back to the game i had to re-gain a couple tapes and my new powers...i accidently caught the little spinin thing in the lower left corner once by accident...is that a save and how do you get to a spot where it does it.
I always use the enter/exit building for saves. When I'm ready to quit the game, I just go into a building real fast, wait for the auto save icon to come up and go off, then quit out to make sure all my progress is up to point
Regaining consciousness, one of the guards in Secure Treatment calls Batman over to the control room he took refuge in. At Batman's demand, the guard explains that the door leads to an area called "Extreme Isolation", which can only be accessed through the transport system. The guard tries to open it, but finds the security loop to be locked. Joker sends Batman a taunting video message, as well as a warning: Commissioner Gordon has been kidnapped by corrupt guard Frank Boles and delivered to Harley Quinn. Harley will kill Gordon if Joker catches Batman trying to follow him. Putting his hunt for Joker on hold, Batman returns to the Holding Cells to look for a way to track Boles.
Finding Boles's discarded flask, Batman creates a vapor trail using the bourbon inside. He follows the trail to the elevators, where he is interrupted by Harley Quinn. Quinn tells that Joker doesn't want Batman following them just yet, and triggers an explosive, sending her to the upper levels and the elevator crashing down. With the elevator out, Batman is forced to climb up top through the vents, during which he overhears Boles massacring unsuspecting guards via the radio.
Once on the upper levels, Batman discovers that the Blackgate prisoners have stolen guns from the guards, and is forced to watch in the shadows as two unarmed guards meet a gruesome end. He manages to knock out the four thugs in the vicinity before neutralizing the ones in the lobby. However, having deduced how the Caped Crusader was tracking Gordon, Joker has had Officer Boles killed: the corrupt guard's body is waiting at the only exit, which is locked off.
Soon after discovering Boles's corpse, Batman is contacted by the Riddler, who has Batman solve one of his riddles and insists on him solving all the challenges scattered throughout the asylum. Once this is completed, Batman locates an alternate route out of Intensive Treatment, making his way to the eastern section of Arkham Island.
Joker announces over the intercoms that the Batmobile is still outside Intensive Treatment, and orders any available henchman to smash it, to keep Batman from leaving Arkham. Knowing that Harley Quinn might bring Gordon nearby the Batmobile, Batman orders Oracle to disable the Batmobile's defenses so that they won't hurt Gordon by mistake. After reaching Arkham North and defeating the thugs smashing the Batmobile, Batman grabs the Explosive Gel from the trunk.
Noticing that there was a scuffle, Batman searches the area and finds Gordon's pipe. Realizing that Gordon purposefully left the pipe behind, Batman follows the trail to the Medical Facility in Arkham West, both of which have been completely taken over by Joker's men. While the main entrance to the Medical building is blocked off by security gates, Batman locates an alternate entrance and makes his way inside.
Over the intercoms, Batman hears Joker ordering his thugs to locate all of the doctors and keep them inside the building. He saves a group of doctors from Joker's men in the Sanatorium, who inform that there are three doctors not present. Batman orders them to stay put while he finds the other doctors.
Batman finds and rescues Dr. Chen in the Surgery room, Dr. Kellerman in Patient Observation (as well as Officer Aaron Cash, who was trapped in the room with Kellerman), and Dr. Young in X-Ray. When he returns to the Sanatorium, Dr. Young insists on retrieving her research notes from the Arkham Mansion. With more thugs incoming from the lower level, Batman reluctantly allows Dr. Young to leave with Officer Cash and has the remaining doctors barricade themselves in Patient Observation. After dealing with the thugs, Batman takes the elevator to the lower level to continue searching for Gordon.
Upon reaching the lower level, Batman witnesses a number of Arkham staff and patients fall victim to psychedelic fear gas created byJonathan Crane, aka "Scarecrow". Having been exposed to Scarecrow's gas in the elevator, Batman begins hallucinating, which escalates into a nightmarish dreamscape by the time he overcomes the toxin's effects.
Regaining his grip on reality, Batman resumes his search, finding a new twisted challenge from Joker waiting for him. Harley is guarding Gordon, and four thugs are patrolling the room. If any of them suspect Batman's presence, Harley will kill Gordon. Once Batman saves the Commissioner, Joker "rewards" him, directing him to a previously locked chamber in the center of the room. Inside, Batman and Gordon find a restrained and shriveled Bane, who was believed to have escaped from Blackgate. The weakened Bane reveals that Dr. Young (whom he labels "the bruja") drained him of his strength-enhancing Venom, but is suddenly re-injected remotely by Joker. The revitalized Bane breaks free and attacks Batman, tossing him into the Medical Facility's Boiler Room. The ensuing fight damages the room: Batman escapes as the ceiling collapses, with Bane seemingly being trapped under debris.
Batman meets Gordon on the island's surface, who tells him that Harley escaped during the fight. They are interrupted by Bane breaking free of the rubble. Bane attempts to finish off Batman, but the Dark Knight uses the remotely operated Batmobile to launch Bane into the Gotham Bay. Batman instructs Gordon to leave Arkham Island, knowing he's needed in Gotham to handle Joker's bomb threat. As Gordon departs via a police boat, he asks Batman what Bane meant by "bruja". Batman replies that the word is Spanish for "witch".
Jason Todd was a short-fused street orphan until he met Batman after he had saved him from The Joker. Jason was trained by Batman and later became the second Robin, but he was beaten and tortured by the Joker, who sent Batman a video of the event and lied by telling him that Jason was dead. Batman fell into a deep depression over Jason's "death". Years later, Jason returned, sought revenge against Batman, and utilized advanced technology and resources that he had acquired by pooled resources from his enemies. He was able to develop high-tech equipment & trained a battalion of soldiers. He even designed a high-tech "Batsuit" with capabilities as well as utilize lethal gadgetry and weapons during combat situations. Jason created the identity of the Arkham Knight, until his redemption and forgiveness at the hands of Batman. After he finally aided Batman against Scarecrow, Jason took up the title of the Red Hood, a name that was used by the Joker prior to his transformation.
Jason was born on a rooftop in August 4th to Willis and Cathy Todd, a pair of methamphetamine addicts who were in debt to Carmine Falcone. Willis tried to sell his newborn son to Falcone to settle his debt, but was instead beaten by Sal Maroni. As Jason grew up, Willis frequently told him that he was so worthless that he couldn't even give him away and frequently assaulted him.
Willis and Cathy were both executed by Maroni when Jason was thirteen. It was Jason who told Maroni where to find where they were hiding, but in exchange, the Maroni Family gave Jason his own patch in Gotham City where he could commit crime without interfering with any of their business.
Jason had his first encounter with Batman when he was a witness to a fight between him and Joker at age fifteen shortly after a successful robbery. Jason saved Batman's life by pushing him, unconscious, out of the way of Joker's machine gun fire. Incredibly, Jason stole Batman's Grapnel Gun and used it to defeat Joker. Batman came to and knocked Jason's Pistol out of his hand with a Batarang before he could shoot the Joker point-blank in the head. The Joker warned Jason that he would never forget his face before Batman knocked him out.
Batman had Jason arrested for his crime, but he was charged as a minor because he had managed to avoid leaving anything probative behind in all of his other crimes. A Wayne Industries project that placed troubled teens into schools ensured that Jason did not serve his full sentence. Jason was an A student, an excellent athlete, and he attracted the personal interest of Bruce Wayne. A few months after being released, Batman appeared in Jason's dorm, handed him his own Grapnel Gun and a Robin costume, and told him that he had one night to impress him. He did.
Like Dick Grayson before him, Jason assumed the role of Batman's sidekick, Robin. While Jason enjoyed being a hero and had an aptitude for it, he also had difficulty with his temper, recklessness, and self-control, and he frequently disobeyed Batman's direct orders. Reprimands for that behavior rankled the new, headstrong Robin - he expected to be treated as a partner to Batman and a son to Bruce, but instead felt like a mere assistant.
At one point in his tenure as Robin, Joker blew up a school, filled with children. It was at that moment that Jason decided that he needed to die. Going on his own, Jason turned off his comm link and tracer, and tracked the Joker to Arkham Asylum. There, the Joker trapped him and beat him to the point of unconsciousness with a crowbar.
The Joker kept Jason in a sealed-off and abandoned wing of the asylum, tied to a chair. There, with Frank Boles covering for him, Joker tortured and brainwashed the young man. As part of a psychological plan, Joker forced Jason into believing that Batman had abandoned him, and that Batman was the true villain. That would lead to a future confrontation between mentor and ward that would break Batman. Jason was strong, held onto the belief that Batman was out there looking for him, and, would soon find him. However, Joker started to break down Jason's will when he showed him a photo of Batman with the new Robin, Tim Drake.
