This site has sat in the Sargasso Sea for far too long. We need to set
sail toward a new definition of what we want here. It has become my
feeling that a site that has a nomadic approach would be hindered by
the doldrums of geographical identifications. Being anything but a
global site surrenders the mind to being once again trapped by defined
territory/property.
The answers artists are seeking cannot lie in the canons of the
academy. The academy by definition must embrace state thinking. And the
interiority of state or imperial thought is opposed to the exteriority
of nomadic thinking. Those fuzzy edges of creativity the artists,
philosophers, and scientists must live in. Nomadic art like nomadic
thought in philosophy, and uncertainty principles in science can only
function if they are free of codifying structures. As soon as any
attempt is made to align the work with the state it looses its ability
to be a bridge and becomes a static object.

At this point all I can say to the membership of three is, if you know
any intellectually driven artists suggest to them to join our foray.
There is a lot here worth pursuing.
And if anything comes of it, then will be the time to gather the
nomadic hoard and rise up against the state apparatuses. Returning the
art necessary for mankind to move forward.

>From the petroglyphs through to the Gothic sculptures and on to today,
nomadic art has always been there and will always be a formidable force
in what we see as art.
