Bellydance Bootcamp Thursdays (7-8 p.m.) This is a drills class for all levels and styles of dancers-even beginners! Class involves deep stretching, core strengthening, isolation drilling, and cardio dancing, ending with a cool down and moving meditation. Each week will focus on a new set of moves in the tribal vocabulary. Intended to increase flexibility, build core strength, and isolate muscles for serpentine motion and sensuous dance.
