Bellyogilates(c) is offered on Tuesdays, 5-6pm, August 30- October 18
Class begins with a yoga flow to stretch and warm the body, then moves into pilates mat work to strengthen the core. Yoga and Pilates prepare the body for the muscle isolations required for bellydance movements. Each class covers a specific move family from the tribal bellydance vocabulary. Upon completion of the 8 week course you will learn over 24 bellydance moves and be able to follow a beat and look good on the dance floor.
