Eight
weeks of Hip Bumps, Shimmies, Figure 8's, Arabic, Egyptian, Turkish,
Hip Circles, and Chest Circles (not in that order) includes all the variations and cues.
Each class starts with yoga-style stretching and core strengthening. Then it's drills galore and a breakdown of all the moves we will cover in class. Practice your new moves and follow cues to put together unique combos for group improvisation. Class ends with relaxation and a moving
meditation. Great for all styles and levels- beginners and experts alike are welcome! Bring a yoga mat and hip scarf (limited supply provided or for purchase)
