FYI- Next week "Bellydance Bootcamp"
moves to its NEW time 7:30-8:30pm on Thursday nights in Salisbury. It
also has a NEW format! Warm-up will be standing, no mats needed. 90% of
class will be dance drills. You will learn 4 different combos (that's
over 12 moves). Each combo starts out at half-time pace, then moves to
full-time pace, then turn it up to double-time. It's a non-stop
bellydance cardio class. See schedule for class styles each week.
If you love the old class format with the warm-up involving deep stretching and core strengthening then come to "Bellyogilates"
Tuesday and Thursday mornings 8:30-9:30am. This is a great way to
improve flexibility, balance, lengthen and tone muscles, and improve
core strength to better your posture and long-term overall health. All
levels, ages, sizes, and abilities are welcome.
All
summer classes are non-session, drop-ins welcome. Prices are now the
same for all Pole Power Studio classes so your pass is good for ANY
class at EITHER location! Cost: $15 per class, $54 for 4 classes, $99 for 8 classes, $129 for 12 classes, $99/month for Unlimited classes
NOTE:
Summer is a busy time, so please be sure to register ONLINE!!! Classes
with low registrations will be canceled so check in before you leave
and make sure you let us know if your coming.
