NOMAD UI path

hi im new to Nomad,i have installed NOMAD in Ubuntu 16.04 correctly,i followed this LINK -(by Precompiled Binaries )
My Nomad version => Nomad v0.7.1 (0b295d399d00199cfab4621566babd25987ba06e).when i tried nomad ui command i got this error

Opening URL "http://127.0.0.1:4646"
Error opening URL: exec: "xdg-open": executable file not found in $PATH

1- I need to change the URL default IP to My Static-IP?
2- And in Path what should i add?
3- Where is the Configuration file for NOMAD?

Hi,

Thanks for writing to us about this. xdg-open https://linux.die.net/man/1/xdg-open requires access to a desktop environment. If you are running Nomad within an isolated development environment, you can expose port 4646 so that it is reachable externally.
