new feature: custom thumbnail size

New feature request: please add an option to have custom thumbnail size when you switch to Thumbnail mode

You can add new thumbnail sizes (or modify existing) by manually edit <thumbnailSizeTemplates> section in Nomad.exe.config.

what are 3rd and 4th parameters in size string?
