Item Tooltip at tree item

Nomad.NET 3.2.0.2850 RC

If I unchecked "Show item tooltips" check box I still see tool-tip with mouse roll-over the folders tree. So this checkbox doesn't have influence at tool-tip behaviour in tree view.
