search parameters

Bug report for 3.2.0.2850 RC:

1. Search parameters "Use IFilter filters" and "Detect encoding" are saving it's status between search session

2. no possible to save search template, Save as alwais disabled

Step to reproduce:

1. Open search dialog

2. Uncheck "Use IFilter filters" and "Detect encoding"

3. Perform search

4. Close search results

6. Start new search, "Use IFilter filters" and "Detect encoding" checked again

During all search preparation can't find option to save "Use IFilter filters" and "Detect encoding" status, "Save as" button always disabled

1. Parameters are not preserved between searches and always reset to defaults. Use stored searches to preserve them.

2. Enter template name and then press "Save as" button
