I am posting the information about the special section instead of Prof. Kazutaka Kanno (Secretary of the CCS special section in the NOLTA journal) due to his request.

Dear Colleagues,

We would like to announce the Special Section on Emerging Technologies of Complex Communication Sciences and Multimedia Functions in Nonlinear Theory and Its Applications Nonlinear Theory and Its Applications (NOLTA), IEICE.

You are very welcome to submit your works to this Special Section.
The deadline for the paper submission is April 10, 2025.
The Spectial Section will be published in October, 2025.

Important schedule:
        Deadline for initial submission April 10, 2025
        Notification of initial decision                May 13, 2025
        Deadline for revision                   June 9, 2025
        Notification of final decision          July 10, 2025

Submission of the paper presented at IEICE Technical Conference on Complex Communication Sciences (CCS) and Korea-Japan Joint Workshop on Complex Communication Sciences (KJCCS/JKCCS) during 2024-2025 is strongly encouraged.
