I am Hideyuki Kato, the Director of Publicity at the NOLTA Society.

Because of his request, I am posting the announcement about TJCAS 2026 held in Shizuoka, Japan, 

and the call for submissions, instead of Dr. Shintaro Arai (Okayama University of Science).

Dear NOLTA ML WORLD Members,

We are pleased to announce the 2026 Taiwan and Japan Conference on Circuits and Systems (TJCAS 2026), an international workshop sponsored by the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society (IEEE CASS), which will be held from August 25 to 27, 2026, at Act City Hamamatsu, Shizuoka, Japan.

TJCAS is jointly organized by the IEEE CASS Chapters of Taiwan and Japan. The workshop aims to provide a forum for exchanging the latest research results in circuits and systems, while promoting academic exchange and research collaboration between Taiwan and Japan.

The workshop covers a broad range of topics in circuits and systems, including nonlinear circuits and systems, AI, neuromorphic hardware, signal processing, communication systems, sensing technologies, and many other research areas relevant to the NOLTA community.

In addition to keynote talks and technical sessions, the workshop will feature a welcome reception, banquet, and events for young researchers and students. An excursion is also planned for August 27, providing further opportunities for networking and interaction among researchers and students from different countries.

The submission format is a one-page summary, and the submission system is already open.

We warmly welcome submissions and participation from researchers and students. We would greatly appreciate it if you could consider contributing to and attending TJCAS 2026.
