1. Information for Authors updated

The article processing charges have been revised as follows:
- IEICE and sister society members: JPY 132,000
- Non-members: JPY 154,000

In addition, beginning with the October 2026 issue, accepted papers will in principle be published online on J-STAGE soon after the payment is completed.
