One of the Nation's Fastest-Growing Live Music Webcast Sites Also
Breaking New Ground Through Unique MySpace Promotion
What happens in Vegas, will be streamed across the Web. Building on a
reputation for leadership in delivering the best in webcast music
content, AT&T Inc. (NYSE:T) announced today that the AT&T blue room
music site will give fans unprecedented front-row access to Vegoose
2006 live from Las Vegas. The initiative will include big-name
performances, a 24-hour streaming radio station featuring interviews
and shows by past and present Vegoose artists and an innovative MySpace
promotion designed to drive traffic to the AT&T blue room webcast.
On Oct. 28 and 29, the AT&T blue room will feature exclusive
performances from some of the more than 30 bands taking part in this
year's Vegoose. To date, artists scheduled to be featured live in the
blue room include The Black Crowes, Widespread Panic, Damian "Jr. Gong"
Marley, Phil & Trey, The Keller Williams Incident, Gomez, Galactic,
Medeski Martin Wood, Maceo Parker, Rhythm Devils, Toubab Krewe, Money
Mark, Guster, Built to Spill and Yonder Mountain String Band. Webcasts
will run from 2 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Central time each day. Following the
event, much of the content will be archived on the blue room site,
allowing fans to relive their favorite festival performances. Fans can
also listen to blue room radio on the site, a 24-hour streaming station
featuring interviews and performances with past and present Vegoose
artists. For the first time, along with event producers Superfly
Productions and AC Entertainment, AT&T will feature 30-second live,
streaming previews of some of the featured performances through banners
on the MySpace home page. The live showcase banners will run all day on
Saturday, Oct. 28.

lineup has featured webcasts from some of the biggest names in music
festivals, such as the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, the
Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival, Lollapalooza 2006 and Austin City
Limits Music Festival. AT&T blue room music was also the exclusive host
of footage from the 2006 official Fashion Rocks(TM) Elton John
