If you have yet to comment on the Clintonville Plan (or even if you
have) and you have strong feelings about Kroger's plan to locate a

I've updated http://nokrogergas.com with links to the Clintonville
Plan page at the Department of Development, as well as a few talking
points about how the plan could be improved vis-a-vis the High/North
Broadway intersection.
