Having problems with V1.9 of Noki

The file downloaded fine but when I try opening it with WinRAR there
seems to be a problem. A Diagnostic Message comes up (Unexpected end
of archive). I tried downloading it again followed by deleting the
file but it ends up at the same point.
Please help out!!!!
