cant open nbu file of nokia c3120

when i try opening the file it write me "error" and in trac.txt file
wrriten the things below.
any idea what should I do

Hi,

Please uncheck packed SMS in nbu extraction filter (http://
www.nokisoft.com/noki/how-to.htm#how-to-15-trouble) and check if it
works.
