Unable to open contacts from arc file

Every time i try to open my contacts.cdb file i get this error
message. Please help me resolve this issue.

The error is caused by an invalid encoding entry in the .cdb.

Please send me the backup file (abras...@hotmail.com). I'll try to
fix asap.
