Can filters be applied to Checkbox and RadioButton State Change?

I've associated sounds to the facts that the states of check boxes and radio buttons can change;

Is it possible to set up filters for when radio buttons become checked and check boxes get checked or cleared?

That way, i can get rid of the sounds that indicate the actual generic toggle;

I.E., what i want is a higher-pitched sound for a checked check box and a lower-pitched sound for a cleared check box?

How do you set the sounds? (what you've already done)
Seems you can add filters like your_event&event['target'].checked
