Hi!
Maybe it would be good to provide a default Location or relative path
from which the Sounds file can be placed and Located?
As good as it would be to provide an Absolute Path, sometimes when you
move your profiles directory, the you have to reconfigure your Noise
Addon..
So maybe you can put the Default Directory as either the profiles
\???.???\ (default profile) directory or the Addon Directory profile
\extensions\noise@bootleq\

Thx..

Relative paths, with a Default Directory, is a good idea.
And we can make the Default Directory configurable, this might also
helpful.

My another question is how to introduce this feature to users.
Maybe I would just add relative path supporting, and put a base path
preference in about:config.
I don't sure, but I'll think it later.

Thanks for suggestion!

Thanks..
The other suggestions which I guess would improve the popularity of
this addon by a lot is to include default sound..
So that the addon works instantly when the user uses it..

For me, I have the "start Navigation" to something like the IE6/7 link
clicking sound..
And of course the Popup Block sound..
My previous extension "PopupSound" has those default Sounds included..
Which made it sound like "IE"..
Maybe you can use that extension's sound (since that extension is not
being developed anymore)

Thanks,
Henry

(I've deleted previous posts because my mistake, thank you for
informing me... ashamed)

In my opinion, to include default sounds is the same as to design a
default sound theme.
I don't have plan to do it unless I got an (maybe personally)
acceptable theme.

For example although I gather very nice sounds for navigation event,
I should still consider sounds for windowOpen, windowClose and others.
Maybe some users don't like ie sounds, but need window sounds, they
might not happy if I only simulate ie ones...
