Dear Members

Please provide your inputs on Noida Extension as an investment destination for next 6-12 months.

There are talks that NCR approval is soon expected for Noida Extn....and rates could jump by 500 Rs PSF from current levels in next 6-12 months.

Please share your views on the same for the benefit of our customers.

Hello,

Now the Noida Extension all project has been approved by the judicial court and construction will start soon. The prices will definately grow mean future aspect is higher and Noida extension is a hot cake now. Shubhkamna Monarch open for booking now in Noida extension and it is now at minimum prices.
