Here's a new draft of a shorter description of the NOICE / LEVOICE / Verdun project.

Why we need this? 

This is part of the task to contact foundation and private entities to finance the formation of the Consortium (between SENSORICA and OuiShare), legal entity recipient of the funds and responsible for the execution of the project.
