Meeting with the government group working on defining the collaborative economy

Hi all, 

Monday morning I have a meeting with the government group working to define the collaborative economy. We are preparing a few slides, here. We will extract the essence from our brainstorming doc/memo here. 

You are invited to contribute. 

Unfortunately, there is no time to discuss or provide background on this. To contribute means you would need to hit the ground running. At minimum, you would need to read the brainstorming doc/memo. Any other relevant info you need is in that same doc.  

NOTE that this activity is relevant for the Verdun project and we will log our contributions in the context of this project. In fact, we will use the Verdun project as a case to illustrate what WE understand by the collaborative economy. We hope that our intervention will accelerate the funding for the project.

Hi all, 

The presenation is comming along. Thanks Winluck for your participation this morning. Thanks Tim and Charles for your previous imputs. I think there is a nice story emerging. We have a few slides to translate and finish and we're done. 

We start with an example of a collaborative project/enterprise, the Matrioshka.  We go into explaining how these ventures are structured and put the enphasis on their novelty. We define the 3 big economic trends, we draw attention on the problems related to the mainstream use of the expression "sharing economy" and potential problems with the association between the expression "collaborative economy and gs like Uber. 

We plug the Verdun project as a next step in our development and invite the government to a partnership, to allow us and them to co-evolve together. 

Someone can work on the aestatics. 

We'll close the editing tonight after midnight, I will print the presentation in PDF and paper. 

I want to thank those who have contributed already and those who will contribute this evening. For sensoricans, log your contributions under the Verdun project. 

I'll report back after the meeting tomorrow.
