Hi Gary,

We are meeting this Wednesday with Russ Charvonia and BIll O'Brian. I agree with your suggestion of waiting until we meet next Wednesday.

A reminder to the rest of the board: I will be meeting this Wednesday at 7:00pm at our Lodge (in the Hall Association conference room) with RW Charvonia and Wor. O'Brian to further discuss my proposal with them. All are welcome.

Point of clarification: The meeting I mentioned in my previous email will be on Wednesday April 17, 2013 at 7:00pm in the Hall Association Conference Room of North Hollywood Lodge.
